Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Our objective is to help clients improve their quality of life through supportive counseling that enhances their coping skills and mental well-being. You will connect with diverse individuals, recognizing their unique backgrounds, values, and experiences, and adapting your methods to best support their journey to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, PsyD, LCSW) that allows independent practice.

• No limited or provisional licenses. Applicants must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Strong computer literacy, including the ability to conduct video sessions competently.

• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a dependable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new team members.
