Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in individual, family, and group settings to treat various emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, using the findings to create tailored discharge and treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions while adapting delivery methods based on the treatment goals established in collaboration with clients.

• Document all therapy services accurately, ensuring compliance with both organizational and professional standards.

• Maintain an assigned caseload, offering consistent support and engagement to clients, as well as revising treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient care.

• Address client feedback or concerns proactively to enhance client satisfaction and safety.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that may contribute to the center’s operation and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed mental health counselor will work with a diverse population, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will utilize advanced therapeutic techniques appropriate for individual cases, drawing from evidence-based practices to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.

• Candidates must hold current state or national licensure as a mental health professional or be eligible for licensure; specifically, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated proficiency working with varying age groups.

• Understanding of and experience with evidenced-based treatment modalities, especially for adolescents and children.
