Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work schedule, primarily during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of individuals and families.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client feedback, and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to address various mental health conditions and psychosocial challenges.

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and facilitate referrals to community resources.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

• Manage crisis situations effectively by employing de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with additional support when needed.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Many of our clients come from underserved populations, and your role will be crucial in facilitating access to the mental health care they need. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Experience working in telehealth or online counseling settings.

• Knowledge or previous experience with evidence-based practices in mental health.

• Experienced in dealing with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention strategies, and the complexities of mental health issues in children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
