This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on bookkeeping experience who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.The ideal candidate has experience within construction, contracting, or the trades and is familiar with Acumatica.What You'll DoEnter and track project expenses, equipment rentals, material costs, and other job-related expensesProcess vendor invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivableMatch invoices to purchase orders and track subcontractor paymentsAccurately code invoices, receipts, expenses, and job numbersMaintain organized and up-to-date financial records for multiple active projectsComplete monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with general bookkeeping and accounting functions as neededWhat We're Looking For1–3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within construction, contracting, or the tradesExperience with Acumatica preferred; Acumatica Construction Edition experience is a strong plusExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliationsFamiliarity with job costing and construction-related expensesStrong organizational and data entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organizedReliable transportation to the Highland Park officeWhy Join Us?You'll be joining a growing construction team that values accuracy, reliability, and people who take pride in their work.
