Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a collaborative accounting team supporting multiple clients and financial operations. This Bookkeeper role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day accounting process, maintaining accurate records, and working in a highly communicative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper
Process and pay client bills accurately and on time using QuickBooks
Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
Prepare and file sales tax returns as needed
Export and analyze data in Excel for reporting purposes
Communicate with banks and external parties regarding financial information
Assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper
Required:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Excel and financial reporting processes
Preferred:
QuickBooks experience
CCH Tax software experience
