Our team is responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf, performance specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex subcontracts, leading multifunctional teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.Administer awarded subcontracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in fast‑paced, technically demanding environments.
