Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end hardware solutions that meet program schedules, cost targets, and performance requirements.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for driving supplier strategy, aligning program needs with supplier capabilities, and ensuring a seamless transition from development to production.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead sourcing of major suppliers.Align program requirements with supplier capabilities to meet schedule and cost goals.Identify and implement recurring cost‑reduction opportunities.Develop and execute multi‑year sourcing strategies for primary and secondary sources.Mitigate obsolescence risks and support transition from development to production.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
