Responsibilities:

• Drive end to end planning of multiple Java based programs using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Core Java to ensure alignment with strategic business outcomes and timely delivery
• Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, quality, and product stakeholders to maintain cohesive execution of Java services in a hybrid work environment
• Guide program scope definition and prioritization so that teams deliver the highest value Java features while balancing technical constraints and business commitments
• Manage detailed roadmaps, dependencies, and milestones for Spring Boot and Core Java components ensuring transparent progress tracking and proactive issue resolution
• Oversee program governance by establishing clear rituals, reporting structures, and risk registers that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the day shift
• Monitor technical health of Java applications including performance, reliability, and scalability while directing remediation and improvement initiatives that protect long term stability
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to validate solution designs for Java 11 and Spring Boot systems ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and regulatory expectations
• Align program outcomes with organizational purpose by prioritizing features that enhance customer experience, reduce operational friction, and contribute to wider societal digital inclusion
• Facilitate constructive communication across geographically distributed teams within the hybrid work model driving clarity of goals, expectations, and ownership for Core Java deliverables
• Evaluate program success using quantitative metrics such as throughput, quality defect trends, and customer satisfaction then translate insights into actionable improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and coding practices in Java services by reinforcing guidelines, conducting periodic reviews, and championing secure development behaviors
• Support continuous improvement by promoting automation, test coverage, and observability in Spring Boot microservices thereby increasing resilience and reducing manual effort
• Drive stakeholder engagement through structured updates, demos, and reviews ensuring that sponsors understand program status, key decisions, and realized value from Java investments

Qualifications:

• Possess ten to fourteen years of progressive experience managing technology programs with substantial exposure to enterprise scale Java delivery environments
• Exhibit strong hands-on understanding of Java 11, Spring Boot, and Core Java concepts enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision making
• Demonstrate proficiency in program management practices including scope control, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance within hybrid work settings
• Show capability in coordinating cross functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes while maintaining focus on outcomes and measurable value creation
• Apply knowledge of agile and iterative delivery methods to structure backlogs, ceremonies, and release plans that fit the needs of Java and Spring Boot development squads
• Display advanced analytical and problem solving abilities for interpreting data from quality metrics, performance indicators, and operational reports to guide program adaptations
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats providing concise yet comprehensive updates tailored to engineering leaders, business partners, and senior management
