Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg Float Pool) – Iowa

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Every other weekend and every other holiday required.

• Float coverage includes Orthopedics, Medical-Surgical, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry units

• Structured rotation schedule for weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Iowa or compact state eligibility
• Recent medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple units and patient care settings
• Willingness to travel between campus locations as needed
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
