Senior Bookkeeper - Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented mid-level accounting professional to take ownership of our daily accounting workflows. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience using QuickBooks to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and streamline month-end procedures. You will bridge the gap between transactional bookkeeping and high-level financial analysis. Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions within QuickBooks, ensuring clean ledger entries. Reconcile complex bank accounts, billing, and multiple general ledgers monthly. Oversee Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) cycles, minimizing outstanding balances. Assist in the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statement packages. Track fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and automated payroll entries. Identify workflow bottlenecks in QuickBooks and implement efficient accounting solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of full-cycle corporate accounting experience. Software: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).
