Inform patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and at-home exercises

Record evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility standards and regulations

Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from a recognized institution

Current state license as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly preferred

Ability to manage patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges

Strong communication and collaborative skills
