Overview: Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a large-scale desktop deployment and end-user technology initiative within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on workstation deployments, hardware installations, software support, cable management, and end-user assistance across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, hands-on desktop support experience, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clinical and administrative staff. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys being active, working directly with users, and supporting technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deploy, install, configure, and support desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware. Perform workstation setup, hardware replacements, cable management, and equipment moves. Provide Level I desktop support for hardware, software, and operating system issues. Troubleshoot common desktop, printer, and peripheral device problems. Assist users with software installations, account access, and technical support requests. Support deployment projects and technology rollouts across multiple facilities and departments. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities. Work closely with end users to ensure a positive customer experience throughout deployment and support activities. Assist with inventory tracking, equipment staging, and asset management processes. Support basic network connectivity troubleshooting, including IP address and connectivity-related issues. Travel between facilities as needed to support deployment and technical support initiatives.

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of desktop support, technical support, help desk, or field support experience. Experience installing and supporting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Basic understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and standard business applications. Experience working in healthcare environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with deployment projects, workstation rollouts, or technology refresh initiatives. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred for long-term career growth opportunities.
