Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, accurately formulating clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing effective strategies to ensure their safety and well-being. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals—to ensure a holistic and seamless approach to client care. Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and addressing their needs. Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a commitment to effective therapeutic practices. Compensation and Benefits This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually based on your experience and qualifications.
