Business Development ManagerWe are partnering with a leading flooring and building materials organization to identify a Business Development Manager responsible for driving new business growth throughout the Central and North Florida markets. This is a hybrid, field-based sales role supporting the Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa markets, with approximately 35% travel throughout the assigned territory.This role focuses on developing and expanding relationships within the multifamily housing industry by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic client partnerships, and collaborating with internal sales and operations teams to deliver long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and an established network within the multifamily industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow strategic relationships with prospective and existing multifamily customers throughout the assigned territoryIdentify new business opportunities and execute business development initiatives that drive long-term revenue growthPartner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support business development strategies and customer successParticipate in contract negotiations, proposal development, and client presentationsTrack business opportunities, proposal activity, and sales pipeline performanceBuild and maintain long-term relationships with property management groups, ownership groups, and industry partnersCoordinate special projects, customer events, and networking opportunities that support business growthConsistently achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance objectivesRepresent the organization professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and industry expertiseIdeal BackgroundMinimum of two years of business development or outside sales experience requiredExperience selling into the multifamily housing industry strongly preferredEstablished network of multifamily owners, operators, property management companies, or related industry contacts preferredStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territoryAbility to successfully pass a background checkWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking a driven and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing new business, expanding strategic partnerships, and creating long-term customer value.
