ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team. This is a full-time, 5-month position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. You will work closely with two recruiters to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, maintain recruiting data and trackers, support sourcing activities, and help keep candidates moving efficiently through the hiring process. The right person will be comfortable managing a high volume of activity, adapting to different recruiter workflows, and staying organized across multiple systems and priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, including complex and multi-stage interviews. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and provide timely communication throughout the recruiting process. Manage candidate pipelines and track progress through all stages of the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system, spreadsheets, and other recruiting trackers. Prepare candidates with interview logistics, expectations, and relevant information. Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, travel when needed, and day-of support. Support post-interview debriefs and follow up on outstanding feedback or next steps. Assist with offer processes, including documentation, approvals, and handoffs to onboarding. Source qualified candidates for open positions as needed. Work closely with two recruiters and adapt to their individual workflows, priorities, and processes. Communicate proactively regarding candidate updates, scheduling issues, and outstanding actions. Identify scheduling challenges and opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processes. Support recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive hiring process. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, recruiting support, or talent acquisition operations. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience coordinating and communicating directly with candidates throughout the hiring process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple trackers, spreadsheets, ATS records, calendars, and competing priorities. Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools such as Outlook. Comfortable supporting multiple recruiters with different working styles and processes. Ability to follow direction quickly and accurately and communicate proactively when questions or issues arise. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate scheduling or process challenges. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience sourcing candidates is preferred. Ability to work onsite 3 days per week as part of the hybrid schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
