Compensation Package Salary Range : $45,000 - $62,000 annually (up to $70,000 for highly experienced candidates). Benefits : Comprehensive health benefits. Responsibilities Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $25,000 to $500,000. Handle renewal quoting and ensure timely processing of policies. Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Utilize AMS360 and Vertafore software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Required : Property & Casualty (P&C) license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Preferred : 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in AMS360 and Vertafore software. Soft Skills : Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
