Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a regular full‑time, onsite position responsible for supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for an early‑career HR professional looking to gain practice experience and insights into HR operations, offering strong foundational exposure to recruiting, compliance, and HR operations within a collaborative team environment. Wage Scale The HR Coordinator is paid at a base hourly rate of $30.00 – $32.00 for non‑overtime work hours, subject to all required deductions and withholdings, and not including the value of benefits under any Resolution Economics‑maintained benefit plan. The HR Coordinator is eligible for overtime pay to the extent provided by applicable federal and state law. Responsibilities Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires Assisting with timekeeping management for hourly staff Maintaining compliant new hire training records and administration Assisting with maintaining employee records and compliance paperwork ATS database management Data collection and entry Providing administrative support to the HR & Recruitment team Assist in various HR projects and ad hoc duties, as needed Qualifications Skills and Abilities 1‑2 years of previous experience in an HR or Recruiting role or internship is preferred but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiar with HRIS, ATS and employee databases is highly preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong problem‑solving skills Good work ethic Work Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or other related field required.
