Administers moderately complex contracts throughout life-cycle. Job Qualifications Four years of office/business experience and two years of contract/procurement experience. Or Bachelor's degree to include business management and two years of office/business and contract/procurement experience. Associate must complete all required training and be otherwise fully qualified to obtain contracting officer authority certification within 18 months of selection. Participate in contract negotiations and execute tactical sourcing activities. Confirm necessary procedural controls exist. Identify any potential risk or compliance issues. Ensure all contract documentation is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Prepare reports as needed. Manage vendor relationship, monitoring vendor performance to include compliance, quality, and service. Resolve associated issues promptly.
