Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and tailor treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing effective therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, ensuring a custom-fit approach to client success.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize efficacy.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, thereby increasing accessibility and convenience for those with mobility issues or time constraints.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations and Hopestone’s quality assurance standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and conferences to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest developments in marital and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve meaningful growth and healing, promoting positive family dynamics and individual resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $83,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists who join our team, recognizing the expertise you bring to our practice.
