Coordinator Surgical Scheduling

Provides a high level of customer service to patients. Responsible for all surgical scheduling and coordination.

Primary Position Responsibilities

• Coordinates surgical procedure with patient, physician and facility
• Coordinates surgical schedule with physician, facility and office schedule communicating with all entities
• General office duties
• Meeting attendance

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: None

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: One year of medical office and/or surgical scheduling

License, Registry or Certification: Required: None Preferred: None

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, telephone etiquette Preferred: Knowledge of general office equipment
