Claims Administrative Support Specialist

As a claims administrative support specialist , you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. You must reside within 20 miles of Progressive's Syracuse claims office at 231 Salina Meadows Parkway, Syracuse, NY 13212. Must-have qualifications High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience One year post-secondary education Preferred skills Proficiency using office equipment Proven organizational skills Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment Customer service and follow-up skills Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. In office 5 days per week in the Syracuse office.
