Help us build something from the ground floor.

The Flex Team started with three agents. Today we have more than twenty agents and closed roughly 250 transactions last year. All of it runs on a system we've spent years refining. Now we're bringing that team to Southern California and we're looking for the first five agents to build it with us.

This isn't a seat on an established team. It's a chance to get in first, shape what this team becomes out here and get rewarded for helping it grow.

What Our First Five Agents Get

Launch incentives. Our first five agents receive incentives that won't be available to anyone who joins after them. We'll walk you through the details on your first call.

A real say in the culture. How we train, how we run meetings and what it feels like to be on this team in Southern California will come from the people who are here first. You won't be inheriting someone else's culture because you'll be the one building it.

Override and downline income. When you help bring great agents onto the team, you earn override and downline income on them. Growing the team grows your income right along with it.

First in line for leads. As lead programs come online in Southern California, the agents who were here from the start will be the first ones we bring into them.

Why Agents Choose The Flex Team

Most teams talk about support. We've actually built it and written it down.

1. Onboarding with real owners. Every piece of your setup has a named person responsible for it, from your systems and CRM to meeting your transaction coordinator. You won't get a PDF and a good luck.
2. Training before you're on your own. Before you ever work a lead, you'll walk a deal front to back with us, write a mock purchase agreement and complete a CMA.
3. Power hours that work. We prepare call lists ahead of time so you can sit down and dial instead of wondering who to call.
4. Weekly pipeline reviews. Someone who knows your business looks at it with you every single week.
5. Clear, published standards. You'll always know exactly what's expected of you. The list is short, it's the same for everyone and it resets every Friday, so a bad week never follows you into the next one.

Leadership on the Ground

A lot of teams expand into a new market and try to manage it from a thousand miles away. We're doing the opposite. Our Director of Operations spent years working in Los Angeles real estate and will be living in LA from October through January to meet, onboard and work alongside every new agent in person.

Straight Talk About Leads

We're working toward adding lead programs as our Southern California team grows. We won't have leads to hand out on day one though. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in month two. What we do have is the system behind a team that already runs a successful lead program in Indianapolis. When those programs come online here, our founding agents will be first in line.

Who We're Looking For

We're a great fit for licensed California agents who want structure, coaching and a real team behind them, whether you're newer and hungry to grow or experienced and tired of doing it alone. You'll do best here if you have a sphere to work from or can generate some business on your own while we build out the rest.

If you want to be left completely alone, there are teams that'll let you do that. We're not one of them.
