Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health statuses of individuals entering the detox program.

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Providing psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques to best serve the client’s therapeutic journey.

• Documenting clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborating with an integrated treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver a unified approach to client care while also engaging in treatment team meetings to discuss progress and adapt strategies as needed.

Qualifications\n
