Job Overview

The Payroll & Benefits Clerk's primary role will be to support the Payroll Manager in processing payroll, administering our payroll software, and maintaining complete and accurate payroll records. They will also assist with tasks related to employee benefits, internal and external audits, and other ad hoc projects aimed at streamlining existing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and payroll system administration
• Maintain accurate payroll records
• Assist with employee benefits-related tasks
• Contribute to internal and external audit support efforts
• Streamline existing workflows
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll-related inquiries
• Communicate with third-party payroll and benefits providers
• Collaborate with the Finance team on specialized projects and departmental priorities as needed

Qualifications

• Prior payroll experience (3-5 years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• College degree in applicable field preferred
• Prior employee benefits experience preferred
• Prior Ceridian/Dayforce experience ideal but not required
