Senior Service Desk Technician Position Details: Hybrid approach : 2‑3 days onsite (minimum 2 days) and 1‑2 days work‑from‑home. Must be local to Phoenix, AZ 85016. Location : 4742 North 24th Street, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Work schedule : Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime is rarely required. All Edelman locations provide validation parking at no cost. Client may later convert this contract role to full‑time after 3 months. Role level : Senior; will act as escalation point and multitask across responsibilities. Ticketing system: Jira. Top Responsibilities : Service Desk triage (levels 1 & 2), incident and service request resolution, laptop replacement and provisioning projects, inventory and asset management.
