It Help Desk Technician (Entry Level)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide first-level technical support to employees and office users. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in information technology, troubleshooting, and customer service. The successful candidate will assist with hardware, software, and basic network-related issues while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
