We hold true to our core values to: Make It Happen, Do The Right Thing, Work Hard, Smart And Safe, We Care, Be The Best, and Own It.Family Owned- 20 years in business operating in Texas & LouisianaPerform preventative maintenance, general machine upkeep and light repairs on customer owned machines as directed.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance general machine upkeep and light repairs on customer owned machines as directed.Perform repairs on all types of construction equipment.Hydraulics, power train, engines and general machine performance is expected.Occasional operation of equipment in the determination of repair need or repair assessment may occur.Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of a shop forklift.Load/unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies.General assembly work that may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand tools.Inspect all parts and equipment in order to properly report defective material or questionable component conditions to management.Observe and follow all company safety rules and policies.Education & Experience:Candidate must either have or be able to obtain a class B CDL.2-5 years experience in conducting preventative maintenance services and light mechanical repairs on construction equipment.Possess a clean driving record.Valid Driver's LicenseAble to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical)Perform annual certifications and inspectionsCapable of accomplishing task independently without direct supervisionComputer literate with the ability to process informationStrong work ethics with a commitment to qualityA history of safe work habitsMaintains a great attitude toward workAble to lift up to 50lbs.Must have own hand tools- Full .5 inch drive set and some.75 inch may be required.A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Company Benefits:Top Tier Hourly PaySign-on BonusShort Term IncentivesCompany Profit Sharing401K with company matchTool and work boot allowance, prescription eye protection allowanceContinued education paid trainingMedical, Dental, VisionCompany paid life insurance,Company paid Short and Long Term DisabilityMon-Fri, on call as needed
