Job Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit specializing in adult to geriatric patient care. The role involves managing a diverse patient population with remote telemetry monitoring and utilizing advanced clinical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 38-bed Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:6.
• Utilize Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems to deliver efficient and accurate nursing services.
• Monitor patients' health status, including telemetry data, and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding shift coverage, call expectations, and holiday work requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, certification, and institutional standards prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license for Georgia or a Compact state at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in adult and geriatric patient care.
• Ability to float within facility as needed while maintaining scope of practice.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
