Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and document accurately in electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license in Georgia or a Compact state.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical experience.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and adapt to floating within scope.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
