Wound Care Nurse (Healthcare) Westwood Post Acute is Hiring a Wound Care Nurse! Shift: Full-time, day shift, 3 12-hour shifts with a weekend rotation. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with. What to expect: Provide primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders.
