About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the firm's growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be the principal operating executive, with direct accountability for a wide range of non-legal functions, including finance, technology, facilities, marketing, human resources, and business operations. This hands-on leadership position demands a confident individual who can seamlessly transition between strategic vision and daily execution, make significant business decisions, and foster a culture of trust and accountability. The COO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to non-legal department heads, owning the firm's financial operations, setting the direction for technology and information security, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Applicants for the COO role at the company should have a proven track record in executive-level business operations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in executive management and a similar period in financial management. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
