Law Firm COO

A well-established, multi-office regional law firm is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Operating Officer to help lead its business operations into its next chapter.

• Partner with firm leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives

• Develop and track operational metrics that inform good decisions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Lead and develop administrative teams across the firm

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administration, or executive management
• A track record of leading multiple business functions and administrative teams
• Strong financial, operational, and organizational management skills
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and supporting organizational growth
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across diverse groups
• Experience in law firms, professional services, consulting, accounting, or similarly sophisticated environments (preferred, not required)
