What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Managing accounts payable and receivable. - Reconciling bank statements and monitoring financial transactions. - Preparing financial reports to support decision-making. - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. - Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth financial operations.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and QualificationsWe’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table: - At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience . - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Familiarity with real estate or small business bookkeeping is a plus, but not required.
