This position is based in a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling you to actively engage with clients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. Your schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities to adjust for patient needs, ensuring flexibility in your work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Spring Valley Psychiatric Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address mental health challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
\n
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists and psychologist, to create an integrated approach for patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of services rendered.
\n
• Providing educational resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client for effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n
