Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations with clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals, employing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions targeted towards various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Tailor interventions based on each client’s unique needs.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that outline clear, attainable goals and specific therapeutic methods to ensure alignment with clients’ preferences and needs, regularly updating them as needed based on their progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, demonstrating quick decision-making and action to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Upkeep rigorous standards of ethical practice and adhere to legal guidelines in all counseling activities, focusing on maintaining client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity while working with a diverse clientele, helping to foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n
