Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide essential consultation services to assist in the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance evaluation and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating access to resources and promoting collaborative care.

• Create and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to support service delivery and meet contract standards.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n
