Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, establishing personalized treatment plans and setting measurable goals for progress.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure the delivery of holistic care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Continuously update your knowledge of the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health therapy to enhance client care and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may present with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with diverse populations in mental health counseling settings.
