Management Consultant for AI Training and Evaluation

Pay: $245 - $280/hour
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Join a remote contract project with a leading AI lab, applying management consulting expertise to high-impact AI training and evaluation work. This role is designed for former management consultants who can use structured problem solving, business analysis, and sharp written communication to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems and help raise their performance to an expert level.

- Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.
- Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback.
- Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps.
- Work with the project team as guidelines evolve.
- At least one year of experience working at a top consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or a similar firm, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
- Excellent written English.
