Management Consultant for AI Evaluation

Contribute consulting expertise to future AI research projects that assess how effectively AI systems perform real-world consulting work. Qualified professionals may be contacted when relevant project opportunities become available. Key Responsibilities

• Create precise, task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting deliverables, including market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria.
• Write detailed rationales supporting evaluations and scores.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to produce reproducible, defensible assessments.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and revise submitted work as needed.

Responsibilities will vary by project.

• At least 1 year of professional management consulting experience.
• Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent firm.
• Strong structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• A detail-oriented, consistent approach to evaluating complex work.
• Comfort receiving feedback and calibrating judgment to established standards.

• Remote, hourly engagement.

• $100 to $150 per hour.
