About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the strategic and operational leader of the people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's people, culture, and business objectives. This role requires a trusted advisor and strategic partner who can ensure the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of exceptional talent across all functions and geographies. The VP of HR will also be accountable for the design and execution of an integrated people strategy that strengthens the company's culture, supports long-term growth, and ensures compliance in a complex, global environment. Candidates for the VP of HR position at the company should have a servant-leader mindset, deep expertise in all HR disciplines, and the ability to work with AI to enhance HR function efficiency. Strong business and financial acumen, exceptional judgment, and a strong understanding of US and multi-state employment law are essential. The role demands excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, as well as the ability to use data to inform decision-making. A high level of proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and AI is required, with a preference for experience in the beauty or consumer products industry and with international workforces. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, and relevant HR certifications are a plus.
