Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity for a licensed pharmacist is available in Gonzales, LA, focusing on managed care and medication therapy management within a specialty pharmacy environment. This contract-to-hire role requires a detail-oriented professional to support onsite operations with a production focus, offering a dynamic work schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Onsite role in Gonzales, LA (non-remote)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform medication therapy management and managed care pharmacy tasks
- Support production workflow in a specialty pharmacy setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Louisiana pharmacist license is mandatory
- Additional licensure from at least one of the following states required, or willingness to obtain reciprocity: Alaska, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming
- Proven experience in retail and/or specialty pharmacy operations
- Strong knowledge of managed care pharmacy principles and medication therapy management
