Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management recommendations.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and prioritize timely submissions to support ongoing patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, collaborating with the clinical team to evaluate and monitor patient progress.
\n
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care and organizational excellence.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive support.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to foster program growth and community integration.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities, attending conferences and workshops to enhance your expertise and represent Life Mental State Counseling Center in the community.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those requiring support for developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license as issued by the state board in New York is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
