An established and highly regarded boutique law firm in the East Hartford, Connecticut area is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its team. The firm has built an outstanding reputation locally for providing high-quality legal services, personalized client attention, and long-standing community trust. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice offering strong compensation, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in estate planning to be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Assist with probate, trust administration, and estate settlement matters
- Advise clients on planning strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection goals
- Work closely with clients and support staff to ensure exceptional service and efficient case management
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Bar license in good standing
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience required
- Background in estate planning strongly preferred
- Candidates with experience in trusts, probate, or estate administration will also be considered
- Strong communication, drafting, and client service skills
