Senior Billing Specialist

Looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to keep our client billing running smoothly — and to serve as a go-to resource and mentor for the billing team. You'll manage invoicing for attorneys across multiple practice groups, troubleshoot billing issues before they escalated, and help colleagues navigate billing policies with confidence. What You'll Do Process billing for attorneys across multiple practice groups, including editing time narratives Coordinate and process approved markdowns, write-offs, and account maintenance Guide attorneys and assistants on billing processes and procedures Partner with Accounts Receivable and Collections to resolve and prevent billing errors Report on daily billing activity to catch issues early Take on additional responsibilities as needed What You Bring 5+ years of law firm billing experience Elite or Aderant experience required; proficient in Word and Outlook Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to stay calm and adapt under pressure Discretion in handling confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr Friedman Williams
