Join a stable, well established manufacturer with strong customer demand and long term growth Work for a company that continues to invest in equipment, technology, processes, and employee development Competitive compensation, strong benefits, paid time off, and long term career stability Work in a hands on quality role with direct impact on production, product quality, and customer satisfaction Supportive leadership team that recognizes strong performance and promotes from within Gain exposure to dimensional inspection, precision measurement, blueprints, and manufacturing processes Join a collaborative team where quality, production, and engineering work closely together Strong opportunity to grow into higher level quality, inspection, or engineering support roles Job Details RESPONSIBILITIES Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured components Inspect incoming materials, production parts, and finished products Utilize precision measurement tools to verify product specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify and document nonconforming materials and products Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions Support first article and in process inspections Work closely with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards Assist with calibration and verification of inspection equipment Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives REQUIREMENTS Previous quality inspection or Quality Technician experience in manufacturing Experience using precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Knowledge of dimensional inspection techniques Understanding of manufacturing quality processes Experience documenting inspection results and quality findings Strong ability to identify defects and specification deviations NICE TO HAVES Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment Familiarity with coordinate measuring equipment Exposure to ISO based quality systems Experience with first article inspection Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action Familiarity with statistical process control Experience supporting calibration activities Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
