Required Skills

• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Basic understanding of HR processes and data transactions

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience with HR data entry or HR operations
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards
• Analytical skills for light data analysis and reporting
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with other HR systems or tools

Preferred Education and Experience

• Prior experience in HR data management or HRIS
• Relevant certifications in HR or data management

Other Requirements

• Onsite work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with a flexible day on Friday
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with HR teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.
