Role Overview

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal functional goals.

• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge about therapy methods to ensure continued progress in their homes.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to prioritize ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Engagement in continuing education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
