Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Design and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to promote coping skills and emotional growth.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities and frameworks, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, whether that’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress in treatment, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and confidentially according to legal and ethical standards.

• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate therapeutic support and intervention, helping to stabilize situations and ensure safety.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to discuss cases and enhance the quality of care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health treatment, actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical acumen.

Qualifications\n
