Employment Litigation Associate - Seattle

ResponsibilitiesWe are actively seeking a 3rd – 6th year associate for a position in Seattle with our dynamic Employment Litigation group.Responsibilities include: working on high profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, and pre-litigation matters; responding to administrative charges; conducting internal investigations, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues; and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, creative, and practical, and should also have outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
