Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in employment litigation. Experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Broad understanding of federal and Washington employment laws. Membership or pending membership of the Washington State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Member of the Washington State Bar or pending membership. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and research abilities.
